Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ATM. Each is linked with PTPRJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRJ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRJ results are reported.
