Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP9, TECTB, and IFNW1. Each is linked with PTPRJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRJ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP9 grouped by PTPRJ-low versus PTPRJ-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
