Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ID2B, PTPRG-AS1, and RNU2-10P. Each is linked with PTPRG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRG-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRG versus ID2B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
