PTPRE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,476 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C4BPB, RIN3, and ZYX_S344. Each is linked with PTPRE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRE-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRE versus C4BPB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
