Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOK3, CD226, and IL21R. Each is linked with PTPRE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRE-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRE versus DOK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
