PTPRE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf50, BPNT2P, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with PTPRE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRE-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf50 grouped by PTPRE-low versus PTPRE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
