PTPRE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23A, EDDM3B, and MIOX. Each is linked with PTPRE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRE-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23A grouped by PTPRE-low versus PTPRE-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
