PTPRD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,317 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, SEPTIN11, and COPZ2. Each is linked with PTPRD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRD-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRD versus SEPTIN7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
