Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,335 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE2A, CNRIP1, and TSPAN7. Each is linked with PTPRD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRD-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRD versus PDE2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
