Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMS, NUDT5, and NDC80. Each is linked with PTPRD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRD-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRD results are reported.
