Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRGQ, PATE1, and RXFP2. Each is linked with PTPRD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRD-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRGQ grouped by PTPRD-low versus PTPRD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
