The most reproducible PTPRCAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with PTPRCAP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRCAP-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRCAP results are reported.
