Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTPRC mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTPRC data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PTPRC mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTPRC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where PTPRC mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
