PTPRC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,839 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with PTPRC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRC-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRC versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
