Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, MED8, and UBE2T. Each is linked with PTPRC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRC-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by PTPRC-low versus PTPRC-high in UCEC.
