Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, 4E-BP1, and TFRC. Each is linked with PTPRC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRC-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by PTPRC-low versus PTPRC-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
