Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,816 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSFL1C, TRMT6, and RBBP9. Each is linked with PTPRA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRA versus NSFL1C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
