Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,476 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with PTPRA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRA-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRA results are reported.
