PTPN9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,565 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARIH1, SMAD3, and IGF1R. Each is linked with PTPN9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN9-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN9 versus ARIH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
