Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,259 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPTN, EOGT, and TIMP1. Each is linked with PTPN9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN9-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN9 versus NPTN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
