Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, p21, and Paxillin. Each is linked with PTPN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN7-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by PTPN7-low versus PTPN7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
