PTPN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,889 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, ARHGAP45, and FMNL1. Each is linked with PTPN6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN6-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN6 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
