Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,771 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL4, RN7SKP145, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with PTPN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN6-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL4 grouped by PTPN6-low versus PTPN6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
