PTPN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXNL1, OR9I1, and SERPINB12. Each is linked with PTPN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN5-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXNL1 grouped by PTPN5-low versus PTPN5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
