Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, beta-Catenin, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PTPN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN4-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PTPN4-low versus PTPN4-high in UCEC.
