Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,455 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, Establishment of apical/basal cell polarity, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with PTPN3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN3-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN3 results are reported.
