PTPN22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,043 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCP1, RGS18, and EVI2B. Each is linked with PTPN22 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN22-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN22 versus LCP1 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
