Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,467 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ22, RMND5A, and HK2. Each is linked with PTPN22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN22-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN22 versus TRAJ22 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
