The most reproducible PTPN22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, and Regulation of collagen metabolic process. Each is linked with PTPN22 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN22-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN22 results are reported.
