Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, UGT2B10, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with PTPN22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN22-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by PTPN22-low versus PTPN22-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
