PTPN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, SMCHD1, and PTPN2_S304. Each is linked with PTPN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN2 versus RNMT in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
