Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_beta, and Heregulin. Each is linked with PTPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by PTPN2-low versus PTPN2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
