Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,388 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, Regulation of positive thymic T cell selection, and Regulation of mitochondrial transcription. Each is linked with PTPN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway grouped by PTPN2-low versus PTPN2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
