Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6. Each is linked with PTPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN2 results are reported.
