PTPN18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,468 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUCA1, DUS2, and EEF1D. Each is linked with PTPN18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN18-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN18 versus FUCA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
