Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, CYTIP, and GBP5. Each is linked with PTPN18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN18-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN18 versus CSF2RB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
