Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548S, RNA5SP457, and LILRB1-AS1. Each is linked with PTPN18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN18-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548S grouped by PTPN18-low versus PTPN18-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
