PTPN11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCL1, UTP4, and GRAP2. Each is linked with PTPN11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN11-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN11 versus RCL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
