Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,312 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSRC2, EIF2B1, and CLIP1. Each is linked with PTPN11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN11-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPN11 versus RSRC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
