PTPN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPN11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA4L, UTP15, and ENTR1. Each is linked with PTPN11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN11-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA4L grouped by PTPN11-low versus PTPN11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
