PTPN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPN11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and OR4X2. Each is linked with PTPN11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPN11-to-partner and partner-to-PTPN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by PTPN11-low versus PTPN11-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
