PTPMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,678 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, DNAH1, and TP53. Each is linked with PTPMT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by PTPMT1-low versus PTPMT1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
