Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,953 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MEOX2, and KCNJ8. Each is linked with PTPMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPMT1 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
