PTPDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,062 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, RN7SL66P, and CWC25. Each is linked with PTPDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P4 grouped by PTPDC1-low versus PTPDC1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
