PTPDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, EIF4E1B, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with PTPDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 grouped by PTPDC1-low versus PTPDC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
