PTP4A2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,441 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCAM, MYCT1, and NID2. Each is linked with PTP4A2P2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A2P2 versus MCAM in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
