The most reproducible PTP4A1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of secretion, and Endoplasmic reticulum membrane organization. Each is linked with PTP4A1P5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A1P5-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A1P5 results are reported.
