PTP4A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,013 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF703_S252, KDM2B_S1031, and APOC1. Each is linked with PTP4A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A1-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A1 versus ZNF703_S252 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
