Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,852 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTP4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, POSTN, and GLT8D2. Each is linked with PTP4A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A1-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A1 versus CCN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
