PTP4A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTP4A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTP4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, YTHDF3-AS1, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with PTP4A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTP4A1-to-partner and partner-to-PTP4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by PTP4A1-low versus PTP4A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTP4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTP4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
